Dragoon-Talanador: I need someone to be a strong, visible leader for a small, yet strong, proud nation.
G'nort Esplanade G'neesmacher Dragoon-Talanador, CEO of HDT Enterprises and captain the Company of the Dragon Dueling Club, has announced the naming of a new Country Leader which he has established on his Island.
The New Leader, or "Seiyuu" (Pronounced Say You) is Juri Maeda, Prominent citizen on Urnst Island which is owned now by HDT Enterprises, Miss Maeda has made her presence known in the political world with her aggressive stance on the military and economic resolutions in order to make their nation stronger.
Maeda recently, under direction of Mr. Dragoon-Talanador, has reestablished and strengthened their alliance with the Gnomish lands of Kalnar who provides Urnst with most of its technological advances and caused such a small nation to be somewhat powerful in the field of Necromancy.
When asked why Urnst needed a leader, Owner Dragoon-Talanador replied "Well, I'm often abroad and doing business transactions in order to advance my holdings I feel that the nation I came to hold is in need of someone who can look after my interests there, and be a strong, visible leader for a small, yet strong, proud nation. Miss Maeda has proven her worth to me several times in the past, and I feel she is more than able to be that leader."
Still, not much is known about the new Seiyuu for Urnst, and we have not had any of our calls returned as yet. We are curious to hear a statement from her office and hear
a sort of State of the Nation address.
We also asked Mr. Dragoon-Talanador how he feels the world will respond to a female leader. "Well, aside from any remarks being anything but sexist, prejudiced, and neanderthalic in nature, I'd expect the world to accept Miss Maeda for who she is and what she can do. I've known, encountered, bartered and had relations with several world leaders who were most assuredly female. They had been accepted by all nations, and so I expect there to be no difference in this case."
It should be interesting to follow this story as it progresses.
